I have worked with adolescents and adults for over 25 years in private practice and out-patient mental health agencies. I have also contracted with a large tech company providing onsite, short-term therapy for the company's employees.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety and relationship and family concerns. I also provide skills building in areas of communication, parenting, conflict resolution and stress management.
