Looking for a therapist to meet your particular needs can be a complex process. How do you trust someone with your concerns and issues? No one has all the answers. What I have developed over the years are the compassion, skills, approaches and persistence to help you tailor goals and create plans for your situation. I have spent much of my career working with individuals and adolescents in transition and can help you achieve the same success. I offer my services to residents of California by Tele-behavioral Health and in person in Beaverton, Oregon.
My specialty is working with individuals in the midst of major changes. I have also spent a great deal of time working with adolescents who feel angry and misunderstood about their particular circumstances.
I specialize in CBT and solution-focused therapies and work towards improving the lives of my clients.
I also offer an Individualized Alcohol Outpatient Treatment Program with a Non 12-Step Approach. We will work together to examine why you drink and tailor a solution specifically for you. My job is not to shame or label you but to offer you hope for a life that is engaging without alcohol.
