I am a psychotherapist with extensive experience offering in-person and online counseling. My great passion is helping people to regain their emotional wellbeing and strengthen their relationships so they can feel peaceful, complete, whole and safe. I work with individuals, couples and families and specialize in treating depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma and marital problems. Being a certified Metabolic Balance coach, I offer a holistic weight management program. Also, I provide psychological immigration evaluations: Hardship; VAWA, U Visa; T Visa; Asylum; Cancelation of Removal etc.
My services are personalized to suit your needs with all the tools needed to move you towards a more balanced and desirable state. I have been trained in a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Client-centered and Solution Focused therapies. I also work with survivors of trauma using Brainspotting (BPS) and EMDR aapproaches.
I am sensitive to cultural diversity, for I has practiced and been educated in Europe and the United States. My educational background includes master studies in Clinical Psychology from Jagiellonian University (Poland) and master's degree in Social Work from Loyola University, Chicago. I speak fluently English, Polish and Russian.
