I have many years of experience working with adults with varying backgrounds. The majority of my experience involves working with PTSD, Trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship patterns and depression.
Reaching out for help is the first step on the road to recovery. It takes a lot of courage. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches that incorporate cognitive-behavioral, neuroscience, Motivational Interviewing and solution-focused techniques. The most important aspect of my work with you will be to build a positive, trusting therapeutic relationship.
