Mental health is as important as physical health and when both are in harmony the person lives a full and more productive life because they truly feel better about themselves. It is my goal as a counselor to help you feel better about yourself, your family, your relationships and your life. Evening and Saturday appointments available.
I have both personal experiences as well as educational expertise. I am a Vietnam veteran and a survivor of trauma, anxiety and depression. There is a way off the trauma train.
