I specialize in helping clients with a multitude of issues including anxiety, depression, marital issues, grief, loss, sexual issues, and trauma. I use a Christian Based perspective mixed with professional counseling theories to help you to reach your highest potential. I also work with adolescents and teenagers with behavioral and mental health issues. I am trauma informed and will soon receive speciality certification in trauma treatment .
Thousands of people struggle with mental health issues including anxiety and depression but many struggle to find help. I believe that using professional evidence-based techniques combined with scripture can help you to find overall meaning and joy in life.
My practice currently has both male and female trauma informed therapists soon to both be certified win specialty trauma treatment called TF-CBT. We specialize in helping children and teens overcoming trauma.
