Clients I see often prefer a non pharma route to help with depression, anxiety, ADD, or other brain health issues. I help you navigate transitions such as separation or divorce, and /or relationship issues at home or work. I utilize an integrative holistic approach that melds counseling, wellness and brain health coaching. I equip clients to think, feel and function at their best to enjoy health and safe satisfying relationships. My methods are effective for stress management, healing from past wounds, improving communication/ relationship skills. I help those in narcissistic abuse relationships navigate a way forward.
I am Amen University trained to help people understand more about how their unique brain works, as well as provide insight about how past experiences affect present thinking and choices. We address nutrition, sleep, brain health, social support, fitness, spiritual, resilience, time management etc., as we strive to improve overall mental/emotional health.
It's difficult for many to bear the stresses of life- harder when dealing with our own or a loved ones mental/emotional health issues. I love the journey of helping clients cope better, manage stress, and learn tools to create a healthier resilient life!
