I am all about educating my clients about symptoms, in order to gain full insight. When mitigating symptoms of anxiety and depression, the use of coping skills allows the ability to manage uncomfortable emotions in a healthy way, and obtaining an awareness of one's own emotions in order to recognize how it influences behavior.
