Taking the step to search for a therapist can be overwhelming. Life can sometimes feel like a labyrinth, feeling as if you’re stuck in a dark forest, alone. Dr. Sheriece Sadberry established Optimal Moments in 2017 with the mission of providing a safe, non-judgmental space for community members to seek behavioral healthcare. Our staff are culturally competent, generalists who each have their own unique style.
