We are here to help with our expertise in anxiety and depressive disorders, OCD, grief, adjustment difficulties, substance abuse, adoption, LGBTQ issues and trauma. At Optimal Health, we believe that physical and mental health are connected and that lifestyle affects both. Because of this, we have mental health therapists, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, chiropractor, and dietitian available to help you. Our 14 therapists have up to 25 years of experience and Rita, our psych NP, has 50 years experience helping clients meet their goals.
We will help you reduce stress and anxiety, feel happy and hopeful about your future, improve coping strategies, replace your negative/maladaptive thinking and behavioral patterns with more effective ones, better understand your or your child’s symptoms, problem solve, and make specific lifestyle changes which promote better mental health.
Optimal Health has providers with different backgrounds, experiences, personalities and specialities including a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. We are all warm and welcoming and available to help you achieve your goals. We provide therapy in Portuguese, Cape Verdean and Hatian Creole and Spanish.
