I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 15 years’ experience working with adults, adolescents and their families. Life comes with struggles, but these struggles don't have to become who we are. I believe we all find our own ways of coping and healing, but sometimes we need additional support to help us make healthy decisions.

The CDCBT specializes in evidence-based treatment of mental health issues. We treat a wide variety of disorders including: chronic depression and anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, grief, and eating disorders.

I am a caring and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 19 years of professional counseling experience. Additionally, I am an ordained minister and will provide a faith based approach to counseling upon request. Jean had the opportunity to work at the forensic unit, domestic violence shelter, addiction facility, and as a clinical program director for an adolescent facility. She values learning from my clients as well as sharing the knowledge.

I understand that people face problems in the context of relationships with others and our lives can be affected by outside influences. When your child’s tantrums feel overwhelming and frustrating, I help guide and direct you towards confidence in parenting. Since I apply Gottman Method Couples Therapy when working with couples, I support couples to build a deeper connection from arguments and anger in their relationship.
