My goal as a therapist is to find solutions that work for you on an individual basis, helping you to discover the true potential of your life. All from the comfort of your couch. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer and we can connect. My career started as a classroom teacher and school counselor. I currently have over 20 years of experience working with students and families. In addition to my school counseling career, I am a crisis clinician in a major hospital in the DFW and work in over 32 emergency rooms providing on-call patient care.

Will has always had a passion for helping people. As a Clinical Social Worker he assists individuals to discover their strengths and solutions to their life’s circumstances . He loves to work with families to achieve healthier relationships, communication, and effective coping skills. This journey occurs within a supportive and non-judgmental environment, where clients feel safe to discuss issues within their life journey. Will uses a variety of therapeutic processes, including solution focused, cognitive behavioral and play therapy.

I work with children, teens and adults, offering a space to be heard, known and understood. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, self harm, hopelessness, suicidal thoughts, relationship issues as well as Christian counseling. Though not a registered play therapist I really love working alongside parents to help address family or child/teen behavioral concerns. I have worked in a variety of settings ranging from hospitals and out-patient clinics to private practice.

Sandhya Sharma is a South Asian Indian LPC and certified addictions specialist who works with: Adults, Teens, LGBTQ community, and International Communities. Sandhya will help create a safe and supportive therapy environment and work with you collaboratively to both accurately assess your strengths as well as areas of struggle. She will develop a treatment plan with you to help you facilitate behavioral changes that more successfully meet your goals. Sandhya will help you look at the ways you have been currently coping with life’s problems and help you to develop new strategies from a strengths-based perspective.

Mr. Simmons utilizes a mind/body-based treatment approach that combines relevant talk therapy modalities, psychoeducation, mindfulness and somatic stabilization techniques, along with Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, Multichannel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI), Emotional Freedom Technique, and Trauma Informed treatment techniques to address client's presenting symptoms and achieve a variety of treatment goals.
