I work with individuals ages 13 and up and couples. I assist people in coping with life transitions, anxiety issues, depression, mood swings, communication issues and a number of multiple other concerns. I utilize a number of different modalities to assist each individual, and couple, in obtaining their goals for increased life satisfaction and contentment.
I have been a licensed social worker in Pennsylvania for over 20 years. I have worked in many fields including in home services, adolescent residential services, drug and alcohol rehabilitation and group private practice. I offer an judgement free and warm approach to helping my clients. I am also offering telehealth during this time.
