I provide counseling/therapy to clients of all ages, ranging from preschool children to the elderly. My areas of specialty include: trauma, childhood sexual, emotional and physical abuse, anxiety, depression, parenting, behavioral issues, grief, loss, life transitions and aging. Cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and play / art therapy are a few of the evidence-based techniques used in counseling sessions. Through my experience working in schools, community mental health agencies, foster care and adoption services, the child welfare system and personal care/nursing facilities; I have gained a vast expertise in working with individuals and families.
My experience has assisted me to develop a holistic approach in helping each individual/ family reach their goals and develop skills that will assist them in working through future obstacles.
