I work with a diverse client base including people of various ages, backgrounds, and mental health diagnoses. I have advanced training in CBT, DBT and and I’m also well-versed in cognitive, mindfulness.

I am now offering Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy to our practice. Horses are extremely intuitive animals and are able to help facilitate change on an emotional relational level that enhances the healing process.I have had a long interest in horses and find a healing effect to be activated when in their presence. This realization was probably the most important driving force that propelled me into this horse/person connection as a modality for treatment.

After years of providing a broad range of services, in the context of a traditional private practice office which I closed at the end of 2017, I began doing therapy online. I decided to do this to maintain a limited level of professional activity, available to select clients for whom the online service delivery platform would be appropriate. Services are available to children, youth, adults, and families, at the rate of $75 per 45-minute session and payable via PayPal.

I have facilitated several groups including topics such as self-esteem, healthy relationships, social skills, and creative journaling. I believe in tailoring therapy to each unique individual, drawing from a wide range of theories. I work collaboratively to identify what my clients want out of therapy and develop strength based goals. Using my creativity, I design interventions that will benefit clients in achieving their goals as well as have a little fun. Various forms of art and play are often incorporated into sessions.
