I began my work as a therapist in community mental health where I saw a wide variety of individuals with an assortment of problems. I've never stopped feeling honored by the bravery and trust it takes for my clients to share their stories and embark on the difficult process of change.

I have expertise in working with children through adults who struggle with issues such as anxiety, identity, divorce, grief, trauma, depression, eating disorders, learning and academic problems, as well as with young adults transitioning to college or struggling to find direction. I work with people individually, and with families to help negotiate solutions to these and other life struggles. I have over 15 years of experience as a social worker and have worked in Behavioral Health Centers, Department of Corrections, Board of Education, and Forensic settings for over ten years.
