I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over fifteen years of clinical experience working with adolescents and adults. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, including obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), specific phobias, social phobias, generalized anxiety disorder, and panic disorder. I also specialize in treating clients with difficulty regulating emotions and help them to work towards leading meaningful, goal-directed lives.
I have attended training and supervision at Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety (CTSA) at University of Pennsylvania in Exposure and Response Prevention. I am an intensively trained Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) therapist and a member of the consultation team at DBT Center of NJ.
I am committed to providing evidence based treatments to my clients. I am an active member of several professional organizations including Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies(ABCT), International OCD Foundation(IOCDF), and PracticeGround.
