I have specialized training and certifications in Mind Body Medicine, Clinical Hypnosis, Yoga Philosophy, Behavioral Sleep, Stress and Pain Management, Online Counseling, as well as Mindfulness-based approaches for assisting individuals throughout the lifespan in experiencing relief from chronic pain, illness, insomnia, depression, stress, trauma and relationship issues. I am also a Board Certified-Telemental Health Provider. My graduate counseling degree is from the University of Georgia. I am Licensed in Florida (telemental health only), Georgia and North Carolina.
