Welcome! I have a passion for empowering women to feel confident, capable, and connected. While exploring your past and present experiences we will learn how they interfere with who you want to be. I specialize in freeing women from anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, unhealthy relationships, family of origin issues, and difficult life transitions. My approach creates a safe environment to manage fears, negative self-talk, and societal pressures. I will help you shed old beliefs and patterns, discover your own desires and needs, and live the life you want to be living.
My personal touch to therapy brings a holistic approach. In therapy, you will learn to be mindful and reflective, manage your emotions, conquer your fear and worry, express feelings in a healthy manner, build self-esteem and mend your relationships. I have a genuine enthusiasm for my work, which helps to inspire hope for change in clients.
In my group private practice there are three compassionate and talented, female therapists. Our therapeutic style is a blend of evidence based interventions, expressive arts, and relational healing. We use EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, inner child work, guided imagery, somatic techniques, and couples therapy. Our approach is tailored to your unique needs.
