My practice incorporates creative and play therapy, but I am flexible in my approach depending on the needs of my client. Through nonjudgemental listening, I create a safe place to explore issues such as self-acceptance, coping with family or personal struggles and addressing behavioral issues . Some of the skills that I help my clients develop in session are: identifying emotions, improving coping skills, building communication and strengthening relationships.

Ms. Williams has also worked in the school system assisting school administrators and faculty with behavior interventions, co-leading a bereavement group for children, co-facilitating a daily peer leadership class, and maintaining a caseload of students referred for individual counseling.
