My intention is to creatively guide you towards embodying your True, Authentic Self and building your resilience. I meet you where you're at and listen to you with care. I believe you have the POWER to shift on your own and that you have an innate capacity to heal. At the same time, I offer guidance and structure in your healing process so that you feel empowered and not alone. I focus on improving your quality of life, while deepening your Inner Awareness in a grounded way.
I use IFS, Relational/attachment-based AEDP, Art Therapy, EMDR, and Somatic-focused techniques, Poly-vagal, CBT. It is important to me, for you to learn how to stabilize your nervous system and experience a sense of safety and calm in order to dive deeper into your experiences.
My background has largely focused on trauma and attachment. I continue to stay informed on the latest evidenced-based techniques that best serve my clients. I have completed many continued education courses, including Trauma and Attachment, Trauma Resiliency Model, Trauma Competency, EMDR, IFS, Lifespan Integration, CBT, AEDP, and Sensorimotor Art Therapy.
