I use IFS, Relational/attachment-based AEDP, Art Therapy, EMDR, and Somatic-focused techniques, Poly-vagal, CBT. It is important to me, for you to learn how to stabilize your nervous system and experience a sense of safety and calm in order to dive deeper into your experiences.
My background has largely focused on trauma and attachment. I continue to stay informed on the latest evidenced-based techniques that best serve my clients. I have completed many continued education courses, including Trauma and Attachment, Trauma Resiliency Model, Trauma Competency, EMDR, IFS, Lifespan Integration, CBT, AEDP, and Sensorimotor Art Therapy.
