I’m passionate about supporting women to experience safety, belonging, and abundance. My work focuses on accessing your inherent strengths and resources to cultivate self-acceptance, empowerment, and joy. I believe genuine human connection can be profoundly therapeutic, and I’m committed to offering a supportive space where you are welcome to come exactly as you are. I have worked with a diverse range of clients and specialize in trauma, both acute and complex. I have a special interest in supporting refugees, survivors of developmental trauma, foster children, foster families, and veterans.
I offer a space where we listen and learn from the internal wisdom of the client through cultivating inner safety and tolerance for the present moment and developing resources to explore your needs and inspirations. Some approaches I love to work with include parts work, somatic therapy, creative expression, mindfulness, spiritual therapy, NARM, and EMDR.
