Gentle therapeutic yoga is effective in reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD . The class promotes overall physical and emotional well-being. Smaller class size enhances the sense of safety and provides individual attention from the teacher. The combination of breath with movement followed with meditation is easy to do. The yoga teacher is trained to teach this special yoga to our country's MILITARY AND VETERANS. No drop-in students; Entry to class is by registering at Heartpathyoga.com and telephone interview. One and one half hour therapeutic group that uses gentle yoga, breathe, and meditation to teach an individual how to use the skills of yoga to reduce the symptoms associated with stress, depression, anxiety and PTSD.
