I am a full-time high school Guidance Counselor, and run a part time private therapy practice. I have almost 20 ys of experience with emotionally troubled teenagers, as well as families, couples & adults in various mental health settings. Our work is meant to be exactly what you need it to be on any given day, which may not always be the same. And that's ok!
