Experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, or trauma can be debilitating and can significantly impact your ability to function in daily life. Perhaps you just want to feel heard, validated, and understood. We provide an individualized approach based on your experiences and goals.
I tend to be most helpful to adults who are facing depression, anxiety, and the aftermath of trauma. We offer a safe & supportive therapeutic relationship and use evidence-based treatments such as internal family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy or eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), in addition to polyvagal/nervous system exercises.
