I have been involved with and supporting the LGBTIQQA community for over 2 decades now. I am an advocate and ally and believe people are more than just a label. I am a gender therapist, serving the transgender & gender fluid community exclusively. I can support you through the SRS process or any transition you desire to make in your life.

I provide therapy for individuals & teens dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I help to identify negative narratives, defensive mechanisms, and the inner critic. I work in tandem with couples experiencing disconnect, communication issues, and the aftermath of affairs. Being human can be hard! We are wired to be in relationship with one another, yet connection is hard for so many reasons. At the same time, these patterns can become outdated over time and no longer support the life or relationship(s) we want.
