Specializing in trauma, self esteem, marital/relational issues, depression, anxiety and other mood disorders, we are able to meet many mental health needs.

We offer several models of treatment depending on your specific needs which can include individual therapy and marital/relational therapy. EMDR, CBT and DBT interventions are used amongst many other evidence based models to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
