Are you feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are in this season of life? You don’t have to figure it out alone. I am passionate about fostering the therapeutic relationship to set a foundation towards growth. My clients tend to enter therapy to address issues related to self-esteem, anxiety, chronic PTSD, general life transitions, and women’s issues. We will work well together if you prefer a therapist that meets you where you’re at, utilizes humor where appropriate, and regularly checks in with progress.
Please kindly note I am not accepting couples/marriage therapy or adolescents under age 16 y/o at this time.
