I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mississippi. My experience in mental healthcare spans over 30 years. I was a school administrator for six years and a former law enforcement officer for 10 years. I work with clients with a wide range of concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, couples, parenting problems, career challenges, PTSD and ADHD. I am a compassionate counselor, but I believe in individual accountability. I am now offering coaching and counseling to narcissistic abuse survivors. Coaching is offered in all states and counseling is offered in Mississippi and Arizona.
My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, solution-focused, reality, mindfulness, and interpersonal counseling. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress, grief, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, intimacy-related issues, parenting issues, anger management, self esteem, communication, relationships, and ADHD.

Groups
Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Group
This is a support group for those who believe that they are in a toxic or narcissistic abusive relationship that provides awareness and education. Group meets once per week. It is available free if the client participates in counseling or coaching. The fee for participation is $50. The group meets via zoom.
