We specialize in working with all ages, and we use a modern approach. This includes anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and issues related to abuse and trauma. We have acquired extensive training with evidence based treatments and work from a psychodynamic, mindfulness based, CBT, DBT, & A.R.T. and Solution-Focused therapies.
Our practice is sensitive to all areas of diversity including race, gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation (we are LGBTQ+ affirming). While we work with people of many faiths and creeds, we do offer Christian-based counseling by request. We currently provide therapy in the following states: Georgia, Florida, and New York.
