We specialize in working with Gen-Z, teens, adults, & families. This includes anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and issues related to abuse and trauma. We have acquired extensive training with evidence based treatments and work from a psychodynamic, mindfulness based, CBT, DBT, & A.R.T. and Solution-Focused therapies.
Our practice is sensitive to all areas of diversity including race, gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation (we are LGBTQ+ affirming). While we work with people of many faiths and creeds, we do offer Christian-based counseling by request. We currently provide therapy in the following states: Georgia, Florida, and New York.

The "Talk it Out!" DBT High School Group
Talk it Out!” are groups divided by each grade level. The groups are designed for Girls to learn to become confident, & learn Evidenced-Based DBT skills to make and maintain healthy relationships (Interpersonal Effectiveness), Regulate Emotions, Mindfulness Skills to reduce anxiety or stress, & Distress Tolerance to learn how to deal with overwhelm or uncomfortable emotions.

Talk it Out!” are groups divided by each grade level. Mandy Goodwin will be teaching the littles DBT Skills and using Play Therapy every Saturday from 11AM-12PM. The Kids Group will start April 8th, 2023!
