Working with kids, teens, caregivers, adults struggling with infertility, and those wanting to grow their family (IVF, IUI, foster, adoption) is truly my jam. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, unsure how to help their loved one, or quietly carrying misunderstood stress, grief, or self-doubt. They wonder why emotions feel so big, how to support a neurodivergent child without changing them, or why family and life transitions stir fear, shame, or a sense of inferiority. My work is about granting yourself permission to explore what's holding you back so self-compassion and empowerment can move you forward.
I offer trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming therapy blending talk with creative tools like music, movement, playwriting, and play. Shaped by clinical training, a background in music and theater, and lived infertility and caregiving experience, sessions are attuned, collaborative, and tailored to support regulation, emotional processing, and connection.
