Through working with a wide variety of individuals, I've learned and continue to learn daily how our life story is powerful. Not only is our life story powerful but knowing what part of your story is getting the most power is vital to the next chapter of our lives. We all have a story. Here at Open Book Wellness Center, our goal is to reach those that have a strong desire to turn the page, entering into their next chosen chapter. Our LCSW, April Towell, provides: Hypnotherapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Psychotherapy. Our Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, Jessie Interiano, works to help others to increase their energy, lose weight, feel younger, and reduce anxiety. Both, therapist and life coach utilize a holistic approach, working with the mind, body, and spirit.
Years of assisting others in reaching their goals, advocating for their needs, and actively listening to their stories, I realized early on that I have great respect and admiration for my clients.
