We specialize in anxiety, grief and loss, mood disorders, trauma, depression, eating disorders, relationships, and more. We are certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Level 3 Trained Gottman Therapy for Couples, in addition to other treatment modalities. We are here to help individuals and families of any age. We also offer board approved supervision to RMHCI's. With all of our therapists, we believe change begins with you and anything is possible with God.
Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) is proven processing for past traumatic events. Gottman Theory for Couples is a proven method that helps build a sound relationship by learning communication skills that benefit each partner in the marriage. Group parenting therapy is available to heal, strengthen relationships, and improve family safety.
Linda Ritch, a retired military spouse is certified in EMDR and Gottman Theory (couples), and a board approved supervisor. Amy Foss specializes in helping children, teens, and young adults. Jessica Atkins is a former military wife/mother of five, trained in Gottman Theory and EMDR. Merari Candelario is our Spanish speaking therapist.
