There are times when life presents challenges that can make us feel cornered, dissatisfied, or unable to cope. I am passionate about helping people navigate these challenges, heal, and grow as individuals, couples and families.
Entering into therapy can sometimes seem overwhelming. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to answer any questions about therapy and to assess whether I am a fit for your particular situation. I also offer In-Home sessions when coming to the office is challenging.
I provide clinical supervision for those seeking licensure. In home services available upon request (limitations may apply).
