Life can be difficult to navigate at times. You don't have to do it alone. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with years of experience working with families, adults and adolescents, who present with mental health needs. I assist my clients by providing a safe space to navigate their life and personal experiences and help them develop tools and building blocks to create a better quality of life. I have worked in different settings with many different populations such as hospitals, intensive outpatient programs, private substance abuse treatment facilities etc.
My professional and personal experiences have assisted me with connecting with my clients on a deeper level. By taking a Person Centered yet eclectic approach I will provide assessments on all clients and we will develop a treatment plan for our new journey. My therapeutic style is empathetic yet straightforward. I offer individual and family therapy.
