My approach to therapy is eclectic, evidenced-based, non-judgmental and holistic. I believes that in order for growth and healing to occur, you needs to feel accepted, understood, and (above all else) safe. Some of my favorite approaches to therapy are Person-Centered Therapy, EFT/Tapping, and IFS.
