My practice is dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety and life transitions, along with depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, trauma, and professional burnout. I focus on supporting clients through periods of uncertainty and change, helping them better understand their emotions and develop effective coping strategies. I emphasize each person’s strengths and provide a safe, supportive space for growth while building emotional resiliency. I also bring extensive experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD.
