About
Many years of training and experience give me a unique ability to listen empathically and reflect back clarity in the midst of confusing problems. I offer a safe and non-judging space in which to sort through issues and learn a new ground of well-being in your life! When we can see our life more clearly, whatever change occurs arises from our own insight.
I have been trained in mindfulness/awareness meditation for over thirty years and am pleased to share instruction in this unique method of calming the mind. Meditation helps bring clarity and slows down crowded thoughts. It can also be an alternative to pharmaceutical means for reducing anxiety.
Addictions effect many of us in our high stress world and seem to be gaining power. I have specific experience in 28 day recovery programs as a counselor and am sympathetic with the challenges of recovery and how family members are caught up in the pain of addiction and dysfuctional roles.
