About
Currently only able to take Tele-Mental Health clients. I am an experienced, effective professional treating individuals with a broad range of conditions. Grounded in the belief that people inherently possess the knowledge and ability needed, most need help to break through the emotional defenses that obscure their perspective. I also have substantial experience counseling men, twenty-something's, and troubled adolescent males. Teens can be challenging and having raised two myself, I understand how difficult it can be! I create a safe, comfortable, & non-judgmental environment for change.
I specialize in working with individual men, women, and teenaged males. I am an experienced and effective professional that uses a person-centered approach with Psychodynamic, CBT, and other techniques. I am especially adept at treating dual diagnosis clients (those with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders).
