Welcome! My name is Sarai, and I'm glad you're here. If you've been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or disconnected from yourself, I want you to know that change is possible & you don't have to navigate it alone. I specialize in helping people navigate anxiety, depression, nervous system dysregulation, & complex trauma (including childhood, sexual, narcissistic, religious, psychedelic, and high-demand group experiences), life transitions, existential concerns, fear of change, difficulty stepping into the life you want, & psychedelic assisted therapy preparation & integration.

My approach is client-centered, relational, & holistic. I combine psychoeducation, Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work, Breathwork, & EMDR to help you understand, process, & integrate your experiences while creating meaningful & lasting change. I create a friendly, warm, & non-judgemental space where you can explore your goals & self.

This group combines grounding techniques, mindfulness, community, connection, a preparation talk, a transformational breathwork journey, & an integration sharing circle. Transformational breathwork is a dynamic experience combining music, breath, exploration, & is a non-ordinary state of consciousness. My students and myself have utilized this practice and technique to gain more insight into themselves, cathartic release, connecting more somatically, cultivate more self-compassion, curiosity, love, & empowerment. Circles are offered the 1st & 4th Monday of The Month, single, drop in classes are $45, or subscribe to our monthly membership and receive 3 journeys a month for $45. Contact me for more details!

The music & breath is relaxing and slow and compliments the yang of our "classic" active journeys and is great for those who are wanting to cultivate mindfulness & somatic awareness.
