Daniela Peterson is the founder and clinical director of the group practice "Vista Counseling". Our practice has a skilled team of seven therapists and a case manager. We offer an integrative approach to healing the mind, making sure to select and implement a counseling approach determined by the needs, personality traits, cultural background, and therapeutic goals of our client. We incorporate cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, systemic perspectives, EMDR within a culturally sensitive approach. We work with children, adolescents, and adults focused on providing compassionate mental health care to clients and their families.

We identify triggers, images, thoughts, emotions, sensations, and experiences that cause difficulties and process them to create an optimally healthy mind.

Hello! I am a directive and evidence based therapist. My practice focuses on people who struggle with self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and persistent personality disorders. I am also skilled and honored to work with individuals who struggle in difficult situations. I believe in the change process of therapy and believe in working with people on achieving their own goals and needs, and work on cultivating an environment and space to do that.
