Personal, professional care is our top priority. We make every effort to try to find a convenient time that works for your busy schedule. If you find it hard to get out of the house because of the kids, bring them with! Our clinic has a kids play area, with toys curated by our own children. Or, you can take advantage of our teletherapy services if it's just easier for you to stay home. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to get the help that you need.
We treat children of all ages, adults, and couples as well. Our staff have worked at every level of care from inpatient hospital settings to outpatient individual therapy, and everything in-between. We have been specially trained in the treatment of anxiety disorders and mood disorders (hence the name).
The hardest thing about starting therapy is finding a good match. If you'd like to fast-track this process just give us a call (we usually pick up). If you like what you hear, we can get you scheduled as soon as next week. If not, we will help you find someone else who would be a better fit – for free of course.
