I’m a queer trauma family therapist with a background based in research & evidence based practice. I provide support for kids, adults & caregivers in transition & needing support with life’s many challenges. I specialize in skill building for friendships, trans affirming treatment, emotional dysregulation, confidence, general anxiety & grief. My goal is to provide a space for adults, parents & children to engage in therapy to promote strong bonds within the self & community, and become a self-sufficient unit outside of my care. I look forward to connecting with you and/or your kid!

I love to work with supervisees and mentees (supervision of supervision) as we grow, laugh, and learn together. The process of deepening knowledge, experience, and wisdom can be rewarding for both the supervisor and supervisee. I approach supervision and mentorship from a structural supervision perspective as I believe we all thrive with the right balance of structure and support. I use a good amount of humor and curiosity in my approach, as I believe the elements of fun, delight, and joy are important parts of the professional growth process. I work with a wide variety of folks who are experiencing mental health, trauma, family, and life related stressors. With experience supporting children ages 3 and up, teens, adults, and families I aim to provide holistic services meeting folks where they are at in their journey. My work includes providing affirming services for LGBTQ+ and Non-monogamous folks. I am skilled at providing services for neurodivergent (ADHD/Autistic) folks aimed at increasing self-understanding and coping with the stressors of the outside world.

Vicky is trained and excited to work with children and adolescents who may struggle with anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma or developmental difficulties. Vicky uses creative methods such as sand tray therapy, play therapy, and drama therapy to go beyond what traditional talk therapy may accomplish, utilizing our innate need for play and creativity to build a therapeutic relationship and help reach goals.

My healing work emphasizes mind, heart, and body balance. I can assist you in the understanding of your own complex internal worlds, relational dynamics, work sagas, or developmental and inter-generational trauma. You can disrupt unwanted patterns and improve communication in your relationships and expressions via diverse interventions from a synthesis of modalities and practices, we will practice these skills together. You are the expert of your experience, I will support you in trusting and loving yourself. With curiosity and compassion, therapy can empower you and help you gain more from life.
