I am a transgender-identified therapist who specializes in work with LGBTQ+ people and their loved ones. In addition, I work with trauma survivors, people who have experienced othering, and people in life transitions.
I utilize feminist therapeutic practices, prioritizing recognition of power dynamics present in therapy. We will check in often to see what is working, and what can be improved upon. I use a mixture of therapeutic styles, with preference for existential, person-centered, art therapies, and mindfulness. I also offer EMDR, biofeedback, and TF-CBT.
I have expertise in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, dysphoria and survivors of trauma.
