I am open-minded and direct, which is how I would describe my work method. Through reflection and questioning, I will give back what I see in terms of behavior, attitude, emotions, or thoughts. I believe that this leads to higher self-knowledge, but can be difficult to confront at the same time. I try to look at personal challenges with an open, supportive, creative, and honest approach to best support your progress.
I value every person's uniqueness, which means that the process of therapy should also be unique. Together, through "tailor-made therapy", we will explore how to improve your quality of life in order to live a meaningful and healthy life.
I am originally from the Netherlands and I understand the challenges that come with moving to a foreign country. Finding one’s own or new identity and building up a new life abroad can be challenging just as it can be for any situation you experience.
