Hello! I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in WA state. I specialize in working with those who struggle with childhood and adulthood onset trauma/PTSD, dissociation, Borderline Personality Disorder, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. EMDR is my preferred thereapeutic modality rooted in humanistic orientation. I love helping clients overcome and thrive in spite of their painful past, feel more comfortable in their own skin, expand capacity for a broader emotional experience, and being more connected to self and others.
