As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW), my primary population is adolescents and those transitioning to adulthood. I enjoy getting to know each client individually to learn the best approach to individualize their therapy experience. This often includes strength-based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused approaches to aid clients work through individual goals, barriers, and strengths. While I primarily utilize in-person sessions with children, I do offer virtual sessions for teens and young adults who may not be local to Williamsburg, or have transportation barriers.

The decision to begin therapy is not always an easy one and sometimes the process to finding a therapist can be a challenge. Wherever you are on this journey, your unique experience deserves to be heard. I am here to help you cope with patterns of mental health challenges by providing you with a holistic therapeutic experience. My sessions are curated in strengthening your inner self and helping you to establish a greater mind-body connection. Helping Little Hearts Counseling was founded to provide services to children, adolescents and their families in the surrounding community. Today, more than ever, our youth need extra help as they are struggling emotionally, behaviorally and socially. My specialty is working with the pediatric population, specifically preschoolers, school age children, teens, young adults and their families who struggle with various emotional, behavioral and mood issues.
