Anger Management
Anger Management training is being used today by families, for work related issues, as well as court ordered as a preliminary alternative to jail. It is very effective, as it addresses core behavioral issues. Cognition, perception, and behavioral factors are evaluated. NOTE: EACH INDIVIDUAL MUST MEET WITH FACILITATOR PRIOR TO JOINING THE GROUP. TRAINING IS DONE IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH (SEPARATELY). PLEASE CALL 540-246-8155 TO SET UP YOUR SCREENING PRIOR TO JOINING THE GROUP. Once weekly training.
