How the hell did I/we end up here? When are things going to finally shift for me/us? Life, relationships, job: Could be worse, but could be waaaay better. If any of these statements capture where you're at - welcome to therapy. Whether it's your first time looking for a therapist, or your second decade in treatment, with me, you can bring your whole self - with its questions, stuckness, fears, longings, uncertainties - and find ways to move through. Described as "warm" and "direct" by clients, my work is strongly grounded by anti-racism, critical multicultural theories, and affective neuroscience.
I encourage us to toggle beyond the theoretical, and into the world: rehearsing alternatives, exploring with curiosity how you've come to the place you find yourself now. We'll integrate whatever additional forms of wellness meet your needs (mindfulness practices, body work, outdoor/nature-based experiences, etc.) and work towards whole health.
Older adolescents and adults are welcome to reach out and schedule an exploratory call for in-person or virtual therapy. If I'm not the right fit, I'll direct you to someone else who might be. Thank you for taking the risk to want something "more-better-deeper," or simply "more real" for your life.

HeartSpace for Educators
In partnership with EKOE Health, Ashley co-facilitates a free weekly support space for all persons involved in education: educators, administrators and support staff. In response to the unprecedented school year of 2020-2021, and the unique challenges associated with distance learning, this weekly space is curated to respond to unique needs of educators facing the compassion fatigue and burnout inherent in caring for our communities of students and their families. Both supportive and practical in nature, this hour long group combines mindfulness practice, coaching, problem-solving, and reflective care planning to ground and nurture educators in their teaching practice.
